Borrowing and Use:

-The Coolpad Surf may be borrowed by patrons ages 18 and older who have a valid West Nyack or

New City library card. The loan period is 14 days.

-Holds may not be placed on the Coolpad Surf through the library catalog. However, Patrons may call to request that the Coolpad Surf be held for up to one hour if it is checked in at the time. There are no renewals.

-The Borrower may not tamper with the device's hardware, software or settings. The fine for tampering with the Coolpad Surf software is the full replacement cost of $100. If any of the accessories are lost or damaged, the Patron will be charged the full replacement cost of the accessory.

-The Cd lpad Surf contains 5 items: the blue case that stores the set, the Coolpad Surf, the plug, 1 USB cable, and the instruction page.
